FABLE in Milton
Milton Boudoir Photographer
Milton sits in a kind of geography most cities would envy. The Niagara Escarpment rises right at the edge of town, and on a clear afternoon you can read its whole ridgeline from a parking lot off Main Street. Kelso and Rattlesnake Point are practically backyard country. The historic downtown still keeps its proportions, the Mill Pond still holds its light, and the newer neighbourhoods stretching east have filled in fast without erasing the quieter version of the place. People here learn to hold two things at once: the open trail and the morning commute, the small-town centre and the long drive into something bigger. That instinct, the comfort of moving between worlds, is exactly what makes a session at FABLE feel natural rather than far.
The drive itself is the easy part. From downtown Milton you point the car east, and in about 35 minutes you are at our studio on Weston Road in Vaughan, near Highway 7. We mention the time honestly because we know it matters: you are giving us part of your day, and we want you to spend that drive looking forward to it, not dreading parking or wondering where to go. Once you arrive, the rest is handled. The studio is private and unhurried, with hair and makeup, robes, and a calm room that asks nothing of you except that you show up as yourself. Many of our clients tell us the appointment ends up feeling less like a photo shoot and more like a morning carved out entirely for them, which, after the back-and-forth of an ordinary Milton week, is often the whole point.
The person who drives in from Milton is rarely chasing a perfect image. More often she is marking something, a birthday that landed differently, a body that carried her through a hard year, a relationship worth honouring, a quiet decision to stop waiting until some imagined later. We built FABLE for exactly that. Our work is editorial and fine-art in spirit, closer to a magazine page than a posed portrait, and it is genuinely for every body and every story. Whether you are drawn to Boudoir, something bolder in Glamour and Editorial, a Bridal Boudoir session before a wedding, a Couples shoot you share with a partner, an Empowerment session that is yours alone, or one of our Men's Boudoir, the direction is the same. You do not need to know how to pose. That is our job. Yours is simply to arrive, and to let the day surprise you.

We really didn't know exactly how much we needed this until we started the preparations. It was such a fun experience and gave us an opportunity to better understand who we are as a couple while getting excited for the next steps in our journey together. FABLE gave us a 10/10 experience from beginning to end. We felt heard, comfortable, and completely taken care of throughout the process. We loved every second of the session and talked about it for days afterwards. The portrait reveal was a beautiful experience as well and brought me to literal tears. We left FABLE feeling sexy and confident, with the most spectacular portraits we have ever seen. More importantly, we left with memories of an incredible experience that we shared together and will never forget.
I wanted to do something purely for me, something that celebrated where I’m at in life right now. It was about embracing self-love, feeling confident in my own skin, and capturing that in a way I could look back on with pride. My experience at FABLE was incredible. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable, supported, and completely at ease. The whole process was empowering and fun, and it really allowed me to step into a more confident version of myself. Afterwards, I felt confident, proud, and honestly a little unstoppable. It reminded me that confidence doesn’t have an age, it’s something you choose. I walked away feeling strong, empowered, and fully owning who I am. Most importantly, I left knowing that I’ll be okay no matter what life throws at me. Thank you, FABLE!
During 2024 and 2025, and continuing into this year, I started a Fearless-Ness List. It's a list of things and adventures I'd always wanted to do but had been nervous about, or had convinced myself I couldn't do, or needed someone else to join me for. It has now turned into a list of experiences that have pushed me outside my comfort zone and helped me find a new side of myself, a side I had been missing or had never really known. When the opportunity came up for the Empowerment Project, I knew I had to do it. I wanted to show this new version of myself, which is still growing and changing, and embrace all of it. The experience at FABLE was absolutely amazing. From the minute I walked in for hair and makeup and gave the stylist carte blanche to work her magic, to working with the photographer to get the portraits she knew would be amazing, even when I felt a little weird and had to trust the process. Boy, am I glad I did. Even the portrait reveal was an incredible experience. I was lucky enough to have my sister-in-law with me, and let me tell you, bring a hype person if you can! At first, I was on edge seeing the portraits, but watching her reaction made the whole experience ten times better. I knew it would be hard not to judge myself, but the entire team and experience opened my eyes and made it so much easier to embrace what I was seeing. Afterwards, I felt so much more comfortable with myself and found a new sense of empowerment. Funny enough, as I told more of my friends about the experience, they opened up about wanting to try it too and shared many of the same reservations I had. It became a stepping stone in helping my circle of friends find a new level of confidence for themselves as well. Most importantly, it reminded me why I started my Fearless-Ness List in the first place and who I was investing in: me.
I recently found myself navigating a separation, and my self-confidence was at an all-time low. I wanted an opportunity to feel empowered, reconnect with myself, and explore my femininity. My experience at FABLE was amazing. Everyone was so accommodating and made me feel like the main character in my own story. From beginning to end, I felt supported, celebrated, and completely comfortable. The experience gave me a much-needed confidence boost. My portraits and artwork turned out amazing, and seeing myself through a different lens helped me feel more confident and empowered. I couldn't have been happier with the overall experience, and I recommend FABLE to all of my friends.
For the last 24 years, we have been Mom and Dad. Running to school, events, sports, and anything else the kids needed. Yes, we would sneak away every couple of years for a vacation together, but our focus was always on the kids. Well, they are not little anymore, so now we can shift some of that focus back to us, and something like this was a great way to reconnect. The day started off with some nervous jitters, but as soon as we entered FABLE, we were greeted with a warm and professional atmosphere. It made us feel confident and comfortable throughout the whole experience. What we thought was going to be a scary and awkward experience actually turned out to be a great day and a fun experience for both of us. The experience really helped boost our confidence. So much so that we have already had a couple of conversations about coming back and doing it again next year for our 25th anniversary.
I decided to do the photo shoot because it was a horrible time in my life, one of the worst. After a breakup and losing both of my parents in 2024 and 2025, I had felt so bad about myself and my physical appearance due to a bit of depression. My experience with FABLE was wonderful from the moment I walked in. I was treated like a queen and taken care of every step of the way. Everyone was awesome and made me feel so special throughout the entire experience. For once in my life, I actually felt like a movie star. It gave me such a confidence boost, and that feeling has continued even after the session. I feel great about myself, and I’ve shown my portraits to so many people. One of them is even my profile picture on Facebook and Instagram. This experience truly changed how I see myself, and I am so grateful for it. If I wasn't moving in a few weeks, I would probably be doing it again in the near future.
