We understand that life happens and sometimes plans need to change. To reserve your session, a booking deposit is required. This deposit is fully refundable and is credited back to you at your portrait reveal and ordering appointment, provided the terms of our booking policy are met. If you need to cancel your session, we require at least 7 days' notice to receive a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made with less than 7 days' notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact our team as soon as possible so we can review your request and discuss the available options. If you do not attend your scheduled session and no prior written communication has been received, your deposit will be forfeited. We understand that unexpected delays can happen. If you're running late, please contact the studio as soon as possible so we can assess the situation and determine the best way to accommodate you. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, we may be unable to proceed with your session, and your booking deposit may be forfeited.
